It is rather funny that you have said that sk's financial commitment is subject to the overall funding being finalised. You got 2 ga's and 13 thumbs up.
db nolan said something about why they didn't commit and got 5 or so replies saying they are wrong and no one can know the fact as to why they did not commit. I would bet some of these same repliers gave you a like, so how can one comment about their commitment reasons slide and the other not. That's right!!! Because it's a biased forum.
