That was one part of my reasoning for dipping the toes into the GLN waters, however, this was risked against what old mate remirez was saying with regards to the adjacent nature of the land to GXYs. Either GXY didn't have the time/resources (or missed something) to thoroughly assess the area, or they did and knew it wasn't worth their while. Unfortunately, we can't really say at this point, but these are the risk factors involved.
