What does this look like to you? And this is when we're just reaching TCO parity between ICE and EV. When EV beats ICE on price as well as fuel and maintenance AND level 5 autonomy arrives AND range is increased AND a whole host of new as yet unpredicted features likely come into frame - imagine the growth curve then... I've bet a substantial sum of money it won't be linear.
PS it looks like 2018 did more than 2.1m ... probably more than 2.2m when the figures are finalised...
