CD Capital in now in charge of SOLs holdings. This is going to be then sold off by CD Capital at a major premium to someone they probably have already lined up, once the takeover is complete and all approvals are in place. All of which management have failed to do due to their uselessness and wage taking laziness, they probably think they are ‘winning’ with this deal and are so savvy. They are totally ripping loyal shareholders off with this low ball deal by failing to be capable to bring this into full fruition for shareholders, so they just sell it off right before the final stroke of approvals not knowing what else to do now that it is crunch time.
