University of Queensland article published 12/12/18...…….the purchase agreement was entered into on the 21st of December...…. most definitely a cause for concern. If this deal is approved...the good Dr will potentially gain 63% control of Prana. Retail investors will have less influence than they have now....or is this part of the 'big picture ?' It's reassuring to learn that the good Dr has no plans to make any staff changes. It appears that the main impact of the agreement will be massive dilution to existing shareholders. We need the heavy hitters to weigh in here.....I just can't see any positives at all for existing shareholders so why would we vote in favour of this ? I'd like the company to use the PBT2/ zinc news as a reason to renegotiate the deal at least so the value of the research is included.
