I had been wondering about the latest announcement and what it all meant.

Whooaa.

Apparently a 55% increase in oil during testing meant a 55% increase in oil at testing.

I emailed management to find out what the 55% increase applied to.

At the time of testing because of the holiday season and capacity restraints truckloads were being delivered to multiple receival points and the full reconciliation of oil deliveries couldn’t be completed until the end of the month.

Thus the announcement that the oil production was mis calculated by 55%.

It seems that the final flow rate was not 306 bod and increasing but more like 450 bod and increasing.

Rather good announcement after all.

Apparently Rex 2, and oil flow startup are all progressing OK.

When things are formed up we will get another announcement.
