    Justy, Please note - MSB/LPI has lodge ALL documentation for all permits with the Chile Regulators OK?

    So the balls in there court OK? so stop pestering who's waiting for who.

    MSB/LPI are seeking off-takers and funding as i type, yeah it's a $500 million investment and not easy to get in this environment, all tees and dots must be crossed before a commitment OK?
