    Slow pour - Cup 2 i.e. drip through the gap into the cup (once tube 6 & the main tub are filled back to that level)
    Quick pour - Cup 1 - out through the same opening but higher angle run out into Cup 1 not drip into cup 2
    (slow day on markets eh ;-))
