Travis as the Nasdaq shares are ADR (American depository Receipts) the bank holding the ADR's will charge you a fee to do so. Usually its about 4 pennies a share. Doesn't sound like much but it can add up if you hold enough shares. 10000 shares mean 400 bucks a year in fees.
