My take is people positioning themselves for the next leg up in precious metals. Gold has already run hard as have many of the quality gold stocks but silver stocks with the exception of SVL have largely languished and there isn't many pure silver plays on the ASX.

Silver already broke out from its down trend at the start of the year and I posted previously on my thoughts regarding silver and IVR here (Post # 37532791).

Quick Silver chart update below and things still look bullish to me. Price had pulled back and tested the breakout with a bounce off the trend line forming a bullish hammer in the process.
