Let me clarify.

My posts are hypothetical in nature so there is no currrent proposal.

Based my hypothesis we might not have any choice should the major shareholder group push through an asset sale. It is all good and well talking of shareholder action groups but if there were enough shareholders that were actually motivated in this direction then maybe they should have stepped up to try and vote down the board spill.

I think most people, given the current circumstances, can't wait for a deal to lobbed on the market so you will be fighting an uphill battle to convince enough people to join an action group to try and stop an assset sale if it comes. The time for action was before letting control pass to the raiders.
