Really, when planning for drilling in winter and paying for an all weather road and spending shareholder money on this, you'd think they know about the environment and the possibility of weather conditions !!! They said winter drilling because they missed the target last summer. They couldn't just say they missed their target.
Fact is they are now seriously falling behind. Wouldn't surprise me if this goes down to .002 fact is this company have delivered nothing and are again behind schedule this year.
