And now tell me, who was the one that made all the trips to China and looked at the plant and it's design and then sign on the dotted line of the supply and construction of it.??

What was young McRae doing in Hong Kong while this was going on.??

Why weren't there any clauses to protect us from the consequences of it all.??

Who was the Lawyer doing the advising on this matter.??

And then why was a vote from the BOD's to release the manufacturer from any liabilities allowed and approved.?

What was the Chairman doing at the time.?.....................Dear oh me and here I thought that Directors are there to protect and look after the interests of their shareholders who are they employers.

Dear oh me, and once again, who was the Lawyer doing all this advising.??

It wasn't me definitely nor anyone else here that I am aware of.

And don't forget that famous crusher............dear oh me that was the biggest saga of them all.

I cannot believe how this has been allowed to go on while totally unabated.

In the meantime someone is enjoying life like nothing happened and counting their millions, while others have been forced to the poorhouse, some of them even having to sell their own homes and/or even having to go through the stress and heart aches of divorce, and to be eating baked beans on toast, (If They Can Still Afford It That Is).

Bloody joke and all thanks to our Regulators who prefer to look the other way instead of enforcing the rules of Laws which they are engaged to do.
