Look at the USPTO report from 2013 and look at the number of novelty objections in the report. Looks like the prior art has the idea well and truly covered.

IP Australia arent idiots. I cant see a response from the Company to IPA seeking to challenge the examination - and its been 3 months. I think the statutory response time is about 3 months, or IPA will close the file.

DYOR guys. Don’t fall for these downrampers lies. The company has responded to IPA first examination report on 30/11/2018 & 07/12/2018. If you read through the examination report and the responses. It looks like they have responded for all the objections of the examiner. I have a feeling that this get approved near future and the insiders/ accumulators already know about this upcoming big announcement.
