Think it's quite clear in the prospectus That SPT has patents with the US and other countries. They clearly stated the patent was pending in Australia. Not sure wot else needs to be said. If they wanted to cover something up they wouldn't be that specific. Quite irrelevant. Another day, another 'rumour' with no substance.
