Yes it would mean a smaller, efficient, low cost plant with expansion capability in design/construction and production levels in line with offtake customer demand. Instead the plant is high cost, high volume, low return, hyped up and is run by inexperienced personnel from Press Floor up to Management. I wonder why customers overlook SYR as a supplier?
