UBS are suggesting that earnings per share will be diluted by 23 per cent in 2019 with the acquisition.
Acquisition price is potentially $428 million AUS.
Institutional shareholders may receive their shares by March 12th - around $285 million worth.
Shares are down 9 per cent today and still over $22.
Larger holders than just the Hot Copper crew may seek to take profits short term. Like all the boasters here, many institutions have been holding under $12 mark since late last year.
Tomorrow will be interesting.
