Latest research from Foster forecasts FY08 EPS of 5.6 cents which puts the stock on a PE of 7.3x. Very cheap IMO.
Strong growth is coming from LPG conversions and diesel testing in particular. These businesses should grow at 15-20% p.a. for the foreseeable future.
Another plus is the diversity of the portfolio of businesses. Earnings are not going to fall off a cliff even if one or two businesses disappoint.
