    I think you hit it on the head. Very sad news for the young fellow concerned and now his brother, and I don't mean to sound callous, but anyone who works in a dusty environment where they can taste grit on their teeth needs their head examined if they don't wear a mask. I have not been in a Australian factory in the last 20 yrs where signs are not plastered all over the walls insisting on safety, protective equipment, safety shoes, etc but it is up to the employee to wear them. I still see hundreds of tradies everyday smoking at the job site, eating crap for lunch, no hat, or sunglasses, no gloves, wearing shorts using power tools, etc. They know they should not do it but they still do. It's no different to taking illegal drugs. If you overdose, it's your fault for taking the bloody things. Don't blame the Government or police for not giving you a safe injecting room. Personal responsibility has got to be put back on the agenda. Of course Shine lawyers wouldn't shine so much if that where the case.
