I think it has to be speculation buying.

There shouldn't be anyone that knows what has been going on behind closed doors buying.. Insider trading happens imo but not normally in mass. Normally a few in the know and their associates will buy big share parcels and often IMO. Although we have had good volumes not large consistent chunks to make me think "FISH ON"

I should think if there is to be a TO (my thoughts are yes there will be) it will /should be done properly this time.. professionally.

These new directors wouldn't know much about building a mine imo but are certainly very experienced in the business of a TO.. Once again IMO.

For me there is no other reason they are here.

What we have seen before the last TO came to shareholders attention was the price "seemed" to be suppressed each time it moved up.. Then we found out there were talks with RRL. Same thing might happen now.

The upside to that is anyone that wants to buy now should get the price around the recent share prices.. But the clock is ticking IMO.
