Reality is that with nothing coming from the mandini exploration there is still intention for further exploration. Nothing mentioned about offloading of this asset as a proven zinc resource.
There appears to be cash flow concerns as there should be. Fact is you can issue shares and options until the cows come home and perhaps the auditors saw something problems ahead with the issueance of shares and lack of sucess in these offerings being fully subscribed.
What if MLS goes for another capital raise and can't get the money ? Well they either sell some assets pronto or it's game over.
