It appears that Ansteel is taking the 1st opprtunity at seeing cashflow positivity to buy GBG for cheap to deny shareholders of any such benefit. Certainly a raw deal what the Directors claiming big pay and benefits and so much experience behind them in the industry seems to think it a 'lot'.
