Just remember that the sophisticated trading houses who have backed the LIFX deal get the equivalent no. of BUD shares to the value of 24.5M, based on the VWAP in the 5 days leading up to the EGM that ratifies the LIFX deal. So, the lower the SP, the greater number of shares they get. So they drive the price down until after the deal date - getting extra cheap shares in the meantime from scared retail sellers - then pump it back up over the .08 cent CR number.

Meanwhile, the poor ol' retail holders are capitulating into their money-trap. They did not get rich by over-paying for something that they could lawfully scheme to get more cheaply!
