time. With escrows releasing the market is freeing up and demand / supply rules start to change .
IMHO there's been too many driving downwards on a tight supply for selfish reasons .And Perth is a small town ...
this is going to the world IMHO. not staying in Perth and Oz ...
To small a market to sustain or gain the investment. back out of Oz .
the world will take it somewhere that Oz can't ..
