BOARD CHANGESConnected IO Limited (Connected IO or Company) is pleased to announce the appointmentof Mr Davide Bosio as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.Davide is the Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer and Head of Corporate Finance of DJCarmichael. Davide is a Corporate Adviser specialising in offering corporate services andstrategic advice to private and public organisations, specifically in relation to capital raisingsand M&A advice. He has over 17 years experience in the finance industry as an InvestmentAdviser, Responsible Manager, and through various Executive and Non-Executive DirectorRoles.Davide is a Fellow member of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (Finsia) and aGraduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). Davide holds aBachelor of Commerce (Marketing) degree and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance andInvestment.Yakov Temov, CIO Managing Director commented: “We are very pleased to welcome DavideBosio to our Company.
