in a very broad sense, director buying is a large vote of confidence and one of the best internal thermometers we can get besides the books, and buyer selling can be viewed as the opposite.

in april last year the directors sold some, pre consolidation 15000000 at 2 cents each (which is about twice the price of what it is now)

so, very broadly speaking without taking anything else into account, post consol price of $1 was a bit overvalued and 46 cents shows value to people who know more than us. wasnt an earth shattering amount of shares but its better than nothing.
