I think the market will like it overall given APX is seen as pretty conservative and not prone to
hyperbole GSW style. (maybe a bad example but you get my point).

Overall I think the market will like this given the scramble for growth any where you can find it.
And the space has long tailwinds it would seem.
I still think it will trade toward the offer price as people flip some profits in the hope they can replace them through the offer at a lower price. Understandable given the dilution but risky should it be largely scaled back.
