Deconstructed PACS doesn't seem to be the theme as much in EM markets whereas in DMs its about making the time and effort for best of breed in each leg of the operating value chain. IME can do it by being SaaS only in these markets but needs an offering that can compare reasonably with a price to match. So I suspect they wouldn't land the whale deals that PME, Intelerad or Sectra get but can potentially carve out a niche in smaller clinics and networks.
