seems your clearly late and behind the times on the cdu/macrae case tuna.. CDU threw in thetowel in mid last year and settled the outstanding amount plus all legal and interest. CDU also announced it, and was in courier mail and Gold Coast newspapers.

They said in court that cdu believed the Chinese could operate the mine better than Australians. What they didn’t know is that the process plant was not capable of treating 3mtpa and could not operate 3 days in any one week.

But don’t let any facts stand in the way of a good story! Carry On..
