Thanks Aus. That's a big development. My understanding is the government recently lost 2 by elections and that support in the pollls has collapsed. Yeo Bee Yin is a member of DAP or the Chinese faction of the government.. Over 90 percent of LYC workers are Malays and the potential loss of 800 jobs and the associated losses into the supply chain (est over 2000) is not going to play well on this back drop given the push back against DAP and the fact they would shoulder the blame. If this is a political issue at its heart then it has to be a positive development for LYC!!
