You are fretting about APXs post acquisition PE.
For some serious PE angst, you should try owning PME. Their trailing PE is 125.
However, every time that I sell some PME, I finish up regretting it almost immediately.
Unusually for a growth stock in full flight, PME have positive earnings, pay a dividend, and have no debt.
The PME founders still own 56% of the company.
Does any of that sound familiar?
The thing that has underpinned PME's rise is their acquisition of the "Visage" software from a California based software outfit 10 years ago.
It looks like PME bought the right tool for the job.
I hope APX's acquisition can be as transformative.
