    I guess it really depends on the type of stuck tool.


    Here's an example that uses barbed fishing extraction

    Probably don't want to comprimise the drill casing.

    Personally with so many videos on youtube these days, Magnet fishing may be an idea.
    Break it up and use a strong magnet.
    Honestly have no experience or idea of correct procedure to go about it.
    So just fishing at this point.
