Not sure source of claims but https://unauthorised investment advice/tech/powerhouse-is-back-in-court-as-advisor-claims-theyve-not-paid-up-on-a-takeover-fee/ reckons the claim is USD300k as the success fee for the "US$5m" "sale" of Motim. Not looking good on top of the already existing situation(s).
