I have a speculation that everyone is getting out to join the SPT and other rallies. The rate of decline here is slower than the rate of increase (day trader manipulation) on other stocks. Once the rallies die down then the traders will jump back in and buy at record lows.
A total 50% of stocks are held by institutional and sophisticated. So that leaves 50% for retailers and others.
