Ann: Half Yearly Report and Accounts, page-5

I thought there was a commitment by YBR a few years ago that if the company did not make a profit, or did not meet shareholder expectations, there would be a major shakeup of management. Does anyone recall this? Also interesting that the company appears to have been performing poorly for many years, and yet, in my opinion, the reporting from the company appears to overemphasise the December quarter trading conditions and the impact of RoCo.
