The main, probably the only problem with the whole PE thing was the FAR share price was to high at the time WPL took their stake.
The market valued FAR's share of the 2P at about $10/barrel and the WPL transaction valued it at $5/barrel or something along those lines....
I bet if the FAR share price was say 6c instead of about 10c at the time WPL came in there would be no such thing as PE
