UK launch announcement

We are now in mid March and we are yet to hear about a specific launch date (in April) nor signing of agreements with retailer/s and distributor/s in the UK. I would think that if the company is to meet this target then an announcement must be imminent. However I suggest that agreements have not yet been signed as I'd expect the company would be compelled to inform the market of their signing, initial orders and the like. THanks to the UK app use data we know that they are being or have been trialled.
Could the recent run up of the share price be the start of the news within the respective companies starting to filter out?? Perhaps not, perhaps simply the anticipation..
Either way a little concerned that if these agreements and orders (and subsequent announcement of same) do not occur v soon that we may be looking at a delayed launch. In the grand scheme not of major concern, but personally think that it just lends support that we should get news v soon either way.
