They have. They need more pond area and they are building it.
There are already nearly double the number of harvest ponds with new ponds commissioned in the last few months. This augurs well for the upcoming winter production, as well as for future summer rainy periods. They are also looking at deeper harvest ponds to reduce the dilution caused by rain.
