why do you think caj will be any different to vision for shareholders?

I think radiologists are more of a commodity than surgeons, but there’s a big difference between a good radiologist and a bad one and that predominantly revolves around service given to patients and referrers rather than just clinical acumen. I don’t know much about the ‘culture’ at capitol. Any insights? This is the area that makes corporate radiology difficult compared to private doctor owned groups. Sonic seem to have a good system as does q scan with a profit share arrangement. That will help attract the ‘best’ drs as they directly benefit from servicing referrers and patients well. We as shareholders need the right alignment with the drs, rather than expecting than to go over and above for us. Again does anyone have any insights into how caj recruits and/or the incentive system for drs compared to Imed and idx etc?
