Lots of surplus funds to hire them all: apparently foreigners and domestic individuals/companies keep pouring money into Trump coffers (quid pro quo perhaps?) Take for example the Inauguration Donation which was more than $100M - 3 times more than the previous highest.
And lots Russian, Saudi, Kuwait and UAE billionaires donated to this too....lol
