Hi Guy's ,Mr Mulligan bucked the trend so we get to ride bulls...Will they come in March /April/July...Have you ever bagged a bucket, stayed up late and burnt a Mallee stump...?
Take chance's for what you care about...It's not what you know, it's what you don't know that excite's me...
Building a plant from the ground up, from Right size concepts where NPV value matches real size market demand...Grow into known markets with certainty...
High grade from surface is King in flotation technology....
High Strip Ratio 3.3:1 (Previous DFS)
3.3 Tonnes of burden plus 1 tonne of feed grade for plant feed @ 17.9% TGC
4.3 Tonnes shoveled for 1 tonne of feed grade
226,000 TPA x 4.3 of shoveled tons for mine operation to deliver 40,000 TPA
971,000 TPA shoveled, High cut off grade @10% TGC ensures only high grade is fed to plant. Run high grade to reduce plant size lowering capex
Head grade 17.9% for life of mine...23 % for first 5 years
Reserve stock pile with possible average grades at 6% TGC...?
Through put production target @ 226,000 TPA
226,000 Tonnes x 17.9 % TGC=40,454 tonnes of concentrate content
93% TGC (recovery rate) Yeild 38,000 TPA rounded up
Capex low development cost US$ 27.8 million including RAP payment
Basket price US$ 1515
Basket price is a variable depending on the distribution of retained flake size category after the beneficiary flotation drying process with target purity to spec @ 94-97% TGC for expandable and niche target market.
FOB At US$ 347 includes ROM
FOB is a shipping term that stands for "Free On Board" If a shipment is designated FOB (The sellers Location) then as son as the shipment of goods leave the sellers ware-house the seller records the sale as complete. The buyer owns the products en-route to it's ware-house and must pay any delivery charges. (Sellers location @ Port Mtwara)
Using a different strip ratio and lowering TGC changes the dynamics...
40,000 tonne target....
1.4:1 gives 1.4 tonnes of over burden plus 1 tonne of feed grade
2.4 Tonnes Shoveled for 1 ton @ 5 TGC
800,000 TPA feed grade
Effect plant size now up to 3.5 times larger with Capex up, ROM up
1920,000 TPA shoveled for 40,000 tonnes ROM up
Effect Shovel operation and mine activity twice the size of high grade operation with higher strip ratio value above.
High grade from surface reduces capex lower Run of mine cost. Walkabout
Resource DFS demonstrates the lowest capital intensity per ton mined with the highest margin per tonnes mined...Expansion potential open in all direction's
Croc off riding Bulls while the finances can work this one out...
