Yep agreed, I have asked them this before via email, asking why nothing has been released. It was made very clear that this was the individuals responsibility not the companies. Therefore implying that they are fully aware of it and are absolving themselves of any wrong doing. The correct answer should have been, they will check the registries and if it was indeed the case that a substantial holder change had occurred, they would contact the client to request they tick off all the necessary ASIC requirements...….
