This thing is in a very low state. However, despite low margins at the moment, there is potential with its Vanadium Resource and also it's value added battery plant in Louisiana USA. It is Vandium that attracted the rumoured offer 4 years ago from Glencore of between $1 Billion to $2 billion for the company. Its current market cap. is only $430 million.
With share price at a very low $1.16, $60 million in cash, no debt, I can see this company being on the radar of someone to takeover. It is all set up for a bigger player. All the ground work has been done. May help that Aust. Super owns 15%. They won't sell their stake for peanuts. They would want a minimum of $2.80 to $3.00 I reckon.
