WPL are a sprat keeping the seat warm, on the hook as it were, "participating".
Impossible that the Govt want them to be the Operator of the 'biggest thing' in recent Senegalese history.
Still believe that the three wise men will have no trouble giving Senegal what they want, their preferred "Big Oil".
FAR is the "vehicle" to make this happen.
All has to be done legally of course.
Suspect that FAR have a pretty good case.
WPL will get shown the door.
Agree and suspect that WPL can't move as they are only "participating".
Lots of "sweating" going on, but I don't believe it is FAR.
Getting closer day by day to finding out.
Wouldn't miss it for quids.
