Great post.... I would also add some kind of random news article, third party announcement or institutional report that turns the tide and sentiment back to positive for the entire lithium space.

SP movement requires interest, and if we see a global change in urgency to invest in Lithium, then I believe this could trump many of the catalysts you have listed above.

I would also put a lot of weight on Huayou exercising some or all of their options. That right there is third party validation, further commitment, plus would give holders a clearer picture of Huayou's intentions moving forward.

I'd expect to see the SP rise in anticipation leading up to the April deadline and then either rocket up to and beyond 10c or we will experience a decent sell off back down to current levels.
