You are accusing me of providing false information. It does not matter the number of years genius if you rent it out and sell it you pay CGT on as you call it the Family home. The family home for your information can also turn into an investment property if you rent it out although still remains the family home. Not false information just because you dont understand it at all and have not been involved in it. As for the Palmer thing I dont play games but it appears you do.
