Plenty of people have to shift around for various reasons. Those young people that have growing families that want/need to upsize are faced with this cost as are the older ones downsizing. Add agents and legal costs as well which are costly and also include GST.

Time governments lived within their means the same as they expect you and I to manage.

The best reason I can see NOT to vote for socialists.

I agree 100% with you that whilst a few were removed, it didn't go nearly far enough and now State's are riding our backs too - this sort of thing is what prompted an earlier comment about reviewing all levels of Govt..
