CITIC and Maslins

You have to wonder what a Chinese government controlled is doing here with IVR. Good old Clive Palmer burnt them on a iron ore in the Pilbara and you would think that they would or should be interested in this project. The prize here is so large you would think that as an owner of 11% or IVR they could easily fund this project, by getting IVR to issue them more shares. They once owned 20% of IVR and have not participated in any CR over the last 6 years. I would have thought this project would be a great punt for 5-8 million bucks with the potential reward of a resource that could be worth 10s of billions of dollars.
