I understand MFD mostly have long term leases over most of the childcare centers
might well be why depreciation is so low ?? no tax expert so could be wrong here.
I personally would like to know a better breakdown of the leases in place and terms and what MFD owns ... from presentation>>

strong and encouraging gains were made during Q4 will want to see this transfer to continued 700k+ weekly revenues over say 48weeks = 33.6mill operating cash flows.
And I heard today RBA may well cut interest rates two times this year?? good for loan costs and clients. and those in the market hunting for yield?
