The oversubscriptions will be treated on a first in basis and as they haven't closed the offer they clearly want more to apply but is this because even with the oversubscriptions they are short of the 3.5 mill or is it that the would prefer to limit the oversubscriptions in the mix to a minimum or even nil and are prepared to hand any excess raised back? Nothing given away in this mornings announcement.
